Jin, un jeune orphelin, est au coeur de manigances qui le dépassent. De son côté, Kôga, futur héritier de Amagi Corporation utilise les technologies développées par le groupe pour tenter de réaliser son rêve : devenir un justicier. L’ironie du sort va réunir ces deux jeunes hommes dans la grande roue du destin…
