Having lost his company to his former partner Vehbi, Semih is determined to make a new film. All he needs is a script and money to make a sound. When he reads the mysterious script sent to the company, he is sure of the movie he will shoot. Moreover, young actress Tülin Saygı and ex-wife Mine Cansu, whom he met with Hakan's insistence, are the perfect fit for the story. However, there is another unpleasant surprise waiting for Semih, who enthusiastically goes to give Mine the good news.

Hollywood benzeri stüdyoyu İstanbul'da kuracak olan Ekrem ile ortak olmak isteyen Semih, Reha'nın kendisini finansal olarak zorlamasıyla köşeye sıkışır. Bu esnada Yeşilçam'ı bırakmış ve yıllardır ortalıkta görünmeyen Mine şehre geri dönmüştür. Semih çok önem verdiği bu ortaklık için eski düşmanlarından birinden yardım istemek zorunda kalır. Fakat karşısına çıkan çok daha kötü biridir.

Semih Yeşilçam’da bir kez daha dibi görür. Artık ne malzemeleri, ne stüdyosu ne de Güzel Ev vardır. Ekrem’in gerçek yüzünü görse de, ağına düşmemek için geç kalmıştır. Mine, kimsenin aklına gelmeyen bir komployu gün yüzüne çıkarır. Belkıs Hanım ise, hikayesini kendine yakışan bir şekilde noktalar.

Annesinin cenazesini kaçıran Semih, Naki’nin eline düşmüştür. Aynı durumdaki Mine için de tek bir çıkar yol vardır; Niyazi, Ekrem ve diğerlerini durdurmak. Stüdyonun açılışı için düzenlenen davette Büyük Ateş Film'e önemli bir iş düşecektir.
