Sushila’s mother reveals to everyone that Sushila had come up with the idea of lighting fire crackers in the wedding.

However, the panditji, decorator and caterer she had booked for the wedding refuse to come to the house. Tejal asks the women from Lalita's self help group to do the catering and the neighbourhood kids to do the decorating. The kids bring a panditji to perform the ceremony. Monikangana plans to ruin it.
