10 ans après la Grande Guerre de Tokyo, les préfectures japonaises sont devenues des États indépendants. Chacun de ces pays est dirigé par un Mosa (prophète) avec sous ses ordres une Mob, une armée. Mais diverses tensions poussent ces nations à s’envahir les unes les autres. 4 filles faisant partie de la Mob du clan de Saitama, Nozomi, Yukina, Ai et Chihaya, sont envoyées en mission par leur Mosa. Elles devront prendre la route et parcourir le Japon à moto pour résoudre les conflits qui émergent quotidiennement entre les nations et les clans.
