In this new series, we say adios to Magaluf and hola to Europe’s number one glamorous party island Ibiza. There’s a brand new hotel rigged with cameras, capturing all the shenanigans and antics of our new holiday reps as they revel in their first season in party paradise. Leading the pack is the queen of ‘Magaluf Weekender’ herself, Head Rep Imogen. Sporting a svelte new look and bursting with newly acquired confidence, Imogen is on hand to show the rookie reps - Ben, Sophie, Deano, Rachel and Kris - exactly how the job should be done. But will the new reps behave themselves? Will they get on? Can they be trusted with the guests? Not to mention each other? And when a blast from her past makes a surprise return, will Imogen be able to stay focused on the task in hand?

The new, improved Imogen is determined not to fall for the charms of another work colleague, but can she really resist temptation? Arriving for their first taste of Ibiza magic in the opening episode are single ladies Chloe and Yvonne and first timers Luke, Sam, Jack and JC. Imogen gets to know her new staff and immediately bonds with Rachael, making Sophie feel left out. Conflict soon arises as Ben over-indulges in his quest to give the guests a trip to remember. Will Imogen be able to keep him in check or is she already facing a losing battle?

Jordan's new-found professionalism hits a setback when former rep and love interest Rachael turns up for a holiday with pals Linda and Nicky. There is no love lost between Imogen and Rachael, but it is Jordan that is left to deal with a tearful Rachael as she confronts him over their past. Deano seems to be getting along well with Ellie, but when she enjoys some attention from a male lap dancer, a jealous Deano ends up trashing his room. Luckily, new rep on the block David just about manages to hold everything together as his colleagues' love lives fall apart around him. Will the visiting girls, along with lads Darren, James and Gino, manage to avoid the drama and have the weekend of their lives?

But it's final new girl Chyna that makes the biggest impression on lothario Jordan – as he quickly singles her out as rep romance potential. With a new massage qualification under his belt, pint sized muscle man Deano is keen to get his hands on the guests and prove he can avoid the drama of relationships at all. With the guests' arrival, it's not long before he's attempting to put this into practice. With David on hand to lead the way, Marlie and Mollie are soon getting the hang of rep life showing how to cater to guests and yet still have fun. But Chyna struggles juggling Jordan's attention and her job as a rep. With feedback from the guests to come at the end of the weekend, she will have to raise her game to avoid coming under the eye of El Jefe.

With the new girl reps settling into Ibiza life under the watchful eyes of old pros Jordan and Deano, Head rep David has a surprise for the team. Under the guise of a cocktail masterclass he unveils his 7th and final rep – Cocktail maestro Callum. With the new guests arriving, Callum is thrown into the deep end and gets to work. But it's not just cocktails he is stirring, as Deano starts to feel even less noticeable with another fit guy on the team. Although Deano takes a liking to one of the farming girl guests, he is knocked again with the arrival of super fit Brummie boy guests. New rep Marley can't keep her eyes off them – especially when they strip off their tops in a sexy torso showdown.

Following last week's shock departure of Deano from the team, Head Rep David is hoping the remaining reps will pull together to give the guests a weekend they will never forget, But its not long before some of them are more focused on each other than the job in hand. With the arrival of the boy guests, brothers Luke and Zak, Jordan finds himself with some competition for Chyna. Determined to keep his budding romance on track he makes it his mission to wingman the boys away from Chyna, as well as surprise her with a date of his own making but just how will Chyna take to the fake flowers and tea candles?Meanwhile new boy rep Callum develops feelings for fellow rep Molly and he attempts to make those feelings known - but after he drunkenly kisses one of the girl guests it might be over before it's started.

Luckily rep Marlie is quite happy to keep fellow guest Rob company.

There's a fresh face in the hotel this weekend as David's new recruit Nicola joins the team. Her history with Jordan causes Isobel yet more worries even though they're not supposed to be a thing anymore. Callum is faced with a tough test when old flame Catherine arrives as a guest. How does he keep her happy when he doesn't want to go behind Chloe's back, but El jefe's rules mean he can't tell the guests he's not single. No such problem for Savvas who shows guest Georgie a weekend to remember, earning the job of Assistant Head Rep in the process. So who's got Savvas' old tabard? Well after a weekend in which Isobel has been more focussed on Jordan than the guests she gets demoted to trainee and has to wear the tabard as well.

There's also a surprise in store for Callum when Chloe returns to ask "what are we?" However it's El Jefe who's got the biggest surprise of the weekend, heading off on a date and leaving Savvas in charge.Is this a chance for the new assistant to change the rules?
