Our top 10 bakers are up for the challenge that is choux pastry, making their best eclairs for the Signature challenge, a tough Paris Brest for the technical and a gorgeous Gateau St Honore for their end-of-show Showstopper. BAKE!

Our nine bakers turn piemakers this week! They are challenged to reinvent an Aussie icon in the humble Australian Pie. Their technical challenge this week is to make a perfect blood orange and chocolate meringue pie. And let's see how the show is stopped with their take on a deep dish fruit pie.

Half way through Bake Off and we're baking with the three main food groups this week - milk, dark and white. It's chocolate week! This week, our intrepid bakers tackle brownies in the signature. A Black Forest gateau makes for a tricky test in the technical and a Showstopper chocolate medley proves to be triple trouble.

It's a sweet treat for our remaining bakers as they dive into dessert week. For their signature bake they must make their most mouthwatering individual pudding. It's Maggie's turn to set the technical challenge and she asks the bakers to dish up a dried apricot Pavlova. And for the Showstopper, our judges will be casting their spoons over the terrific tiered treats that our bakers construct.

What better way to kick off the series than with a Bake Off cake off! The bakers have two hours to bake one family sized signature cake. The bakers have to cook in an unfamiliar kitchen to a tight deadline under the watchful eyes of judges Maggie Beer and Matt Moran.

The amateur bakers are tasked with recreating one of Maggie's recipes, and with creating 36 identical savoury biscuits within two hours.

The bakers are given two hours to create a family sized quiche with a filling of their choice, before being tasked with baking a pistachio frangipane tart with roasted rhubarb and raspberries.
