Ivy, Harlan, Lena and Cairo visit an antique store and are amazed at what they find. Later that evening, everyone reunites with Nastasya at the hotel for a pool party to cap off the night!

Isaiah shares his plan to speak to middle schoolers about coming out, and he heads to a meeting with the guidance counselor of a local middle school to get them on board with his project.

The crew heads to the best place on earth… DISNEYLAND. Jack guides everyone using his Disney app and their first stop is Adventureland. They take a pit stop inside a few Disney shops to try on different hats and Jack becomes besties with Mickey and Pluto. Isaiah and Lily offer to get the group ice cream and talk more about Harlan. After their ice cream break, the group splits up and Maya, Lena, Harlan and Cairo head to the teacups. Amindi, Jaboy, Ivy and Jite go to the candy shop and talk about Harlan and Lily. Cairo and Maya have a private talk about her relationship with Jack. The group later meets up again at the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and Jack and Ivy cozy up together.

Amindi, Ivy and Jite say goodbye to Nastasya before she heads to Nationals. Harlan collects more skateboards for the kids at his local church and brings Amindi, Jaboy, and Jite along to deliver them.

The SB5 crew packs for Mammoth Mountain! Jaboy, Lily, Isaiah, Cairo and Ivy drive to Mammoth together and talk about what might go down on the trip. Jaboy brings up his ex and how Mammoth brings back memories of her. Maya, Jack, Jite, Nastasya, Amindi, and Lena drive together and talk about some of the awkwardness that's going on in the group. Both groups race to the house to try to get first dibs on bedrooms. After they touch down, Lily and Cairo chef up a meal for the squad and everyone starts settling in. Jaboy gets emotional over his ex and Ivy helps comfort him. Nastasya, Jack, Amindi, Maya, and Lena write a rap about the group and perform it. They end the night with a toast to having no drama during the trip.

The group continues their heated conversation. Lena gets upset she’s being targeted for speaking her mind. The two groups race to the house and choose their rooms. After the group gets settled, they get glammed up for a fancy dinner party in Little Italy. They each share their favorite parts of the trip and get emotional that their summer break is coming to an end.

The crew spends their last day in San Diego together hanging at the beach and surfing. Ivy and Jack have a one-on-one talk about their summer break experience. Isaiah and Lily grab coffee and get emotional over their summer break ending. The group says goodbye to Harlan and then goes to seaQuest Water Adventures for an epic ride. Maya and Cairo agree to stay in touch after Maya goes to college. The group holds back tears as they say their goodbyes.
