Le Snack Basue est un établissement situé dans le centre-ville d’Hokkaido, au sein duquel les clients viennent profiter de différentes boissons alcoolisées pour oublier les difficultés de leur quotidien. Dans ce bar, aussi bien les habitués que les visiteurs curieux tombent sous le charme des deux tenancières, qui font des pieds et des mains pour mettre un sourire sur le visage de leurs consommateurs et faire en sorte que les rires résonnent jusqu’à pas d’heure.
