Known for his flexible view of the rules, Superintendent Kadir and his team finally find the trail of a notorious criminal, Ejder. They get rid of Ejder with their operation, but they pay a bitter price for it. Two teammates, whom they know as brothers, are martyred in this operation. After tonight, nothing will ever be the same. Özgür and Mert, the favorite cops of the team, take responsibility for the violations in this incident. While the duo is suspended from duty, their supervisor, Kadir, also retires. However, they never stop investigating the night and soon discover that everything that happened was a plot. They embark on a difficult journey, one end to the Balkans and the other to Miami. This investigation they carry out brings Özgür and Mert to a meeting where the underground world comes together. However, this time, the two find the newly appointed Chief Inspector Fatih in front of them. The confrontation changes not only their fate, but the fate of the whole team once again.

The fight for life of their beloved supervisor, Kadir, deeply affects the whole team. Despite all their pain, the team goes after the case. To this end, they do not hesitate to cooperate with the new chief of the team, Fatih. The team begins to investigate the incident in which Kadir was injured and so many smugglers were killed. When they realize that there is a smuggler named Dündar, who did not attend the meeting, they chase him.The only obstacle for Ejder to rise from the ashes as a clean businessman is this smuggler, who got rid of him in that meeting. A race begins between our cops and Ejder to catch this man. On the one hand, Salih's mind, which is after Dündar, remained in what Kadir said. He begins to pursue the secret that Kadir reveals to him. With what he learns, he finds himself in the embrace of a much bigger dilemma.

Ekip, Ejder'e ulaşabilmek için, Ejder'in çalıştığı insan kaçakçılarına operasyon yapar. Bu operasyon sayesinde Ejder'e bir adım daha yaklaşırlar. Ejder ise Kadir Amirin mektubunda bahsettiği çocuğunu aramaya koyulur.

Nisan’ın kızı olduğunu öğrenen Salih, kendini aklamak ve geçmişinden kurtulmak için her şeyi yapmaya hazırdır. Nisan, Salih ile yaptığı sarsıcı konuşmadan sonra ilk kez Kadir Amirini sorgulamaya başlar. Nisan’ın şüphelerini dinleyen Özgür, Kadir Amirin katiline dair yeni bir ipucu elde eder ve soluğu Salih’in yanında alır. Nisan ise öğrendiklerinin peşi sıra gittiği yolda hiç beklemediği birisi ile yeni bir dostluğa yelken açar. Ekip ise Salih’i yakalamak üzere oldukları operasyondan bir başka büyük ipucu ile dönmüştür. Salih’in sağ kolu Sırtlan’ın ismini öğrenen ekip, Sırtlan’ın peşine düşer. Acımasızlığıyla yeraltında nam salan Sırtlan’ın herkesten sakladığı bir sırrı ona pahalıya mâl olacaktır. Ekip onları Kadir Amirin katiline götürecek olan Sırtlan’a ulaşır. Sırtlan bu karşılaşmanın bedelini hayatı ile öder.
