Un jour, une ville est anéantie. Takuya, un coursier solitaire rencontre l’unique survivante de la catastrophe, Yuki. Suite à la réception d’un message du père de Yuki, dont elle avait perdu le contact, ils partent ensemble vers la ville disparue. Mais un obstacle inattendu se dresse devant eux et Yuki doit faire face à une réalité bouleversante. Tout en étant accablés par les sentiments des disparus, ils vont avoir affaire à une mystérieuse organisation qui agit dans l’ombre, et vont devoir déjouer un complot. Takuya et Yuki apprennent à se connaître au fil de ce voyage qui les rapproche du mystère de la ville disparue.
