1941, les jours paisibles sont de retour à la capitale impériale de Tokyo. Lorsque Kamiyama Seijuro, chef de la Brigade des Fleurs de la troupe impériale est transféré en Europe, Sakura Amamiya est promue cheffe adjointe. Plus tard, lors d’un passage au Japon, Kamiyama rend visite à la Brigade des Fleurs accompagné d’une jeune inconnue, Clara, unique survivante de la troupe de Moscou, anéantie lors d’un terrible accident. Elle est alors confiée à Sakura et au reste du groupe, qui la prendront sous leur aile en tant qu’apprentie. Mais pendant ce temps, un groupe prétendant être la troupe de Moscou apparaît soudainement à la capitale impériale... Qui est donc cette Clara originaire de Moscou ? Mais surtout, que vient faire au Japon la troupe de Moscou supposée anéantie ? Un nouveau combat commence pour la Brigade des Fleurs de la troupe impériale !
