Épisode 1 - Into Etheria

Le prince Adam est convoqué au Château des Ombres par la Sorcière, qui l'envoie en mission urgente sur le monde d'Etheria. Elle lui donne une épée identique à la sienne, à l'exception d'un joyau en son centre, et lui demande de retrouver son propriétaire, dont elle ne peut révéler l'identité. Accompagné de Cringer, Adam se rend sur Etheria, où il rencontre Flèche d'Or, un archer rebelle membre de la Grande Rébellion, qui cherche à renverser la Horde, la dictature qui règne sur la planète. Adam se retrouve bientôt pris dans un conflit entre la Rébellion et la Horde, et se transforme en Musclor. Il est attaqué par Adora, l'impitoyable capitaine de la Horde, mais est choqué lorsque l'épée brille en sa présence. Peut-elle vraiment en être la propriétaire, alors qu'elle sert le mal ?
Épisode 2 - Beast Island

Musclor a été capturé par la Horde, et les Rebelles parviennent à le retrouver sur l'Île de la Bête, où la Horde possède une prison. Alors que les Rebelles partent à sa rescousse, Musclor, emprisonné, découvre que la capitaine Adora, qui a pris l'épée, a été trompée dès sa naissance, croyant que la Horde est le souverain légitime d'Etheria. Il lui conseille d'aller explorer le monde et de découvrir par elle-même à quel point la Horde est maléfique. Elle est sceptique, mais accepte. Lorsque les Rebelles atteignent l'Île de la Bête, ils sont confrontés au danger des nombreux monstres qui peuplent l'île et à une série de pièges tendus par la Horde, dont le chef, Hordak, interroge Musclor sur les raisons de sa venue sur Etheria.
Épisode 3 - She-Ra Unchained

Musclor a été sauvé de l'Île des Bêtes par ses amis, mais il retourne bientôt dans la Zone de la Frayeur pour retrouver la Capitaine Adora et voir si elle a appris la vérité sur la Horde. À la Tour du Destin, Hordak a créé une machine appelée le Rayon Magna, capable de drainer l'énergie de ses prisonniers rebelles. Adora, empêchée de se retourner contre la Horde par la magie de Ténébra, se plie à son plan. Musclor parvient à s'infiltrer dans la Tour du Destin, mais lorsqu'il trouve Adora, elle l'arrête et Hordak l'emprisonne dans le Rayon Magna. Cependant, le sommeil d'Adora est interrompu par une communication télépathique de la Sorcière, qui lui révèle qu'elle a été enlevée à ses parents alors qu'elle était bébé par la Horde, qui l'a élevée pour suivre leurs voies maléfiques. Et ce n'est pas tout, Musclor est son incarnation.
Épisode 4 - Reunions

Après avoir sauvé les prisonniers d'Hordak et détruit son Magna Beam, She-Ra et Musclor se détendent dans les bois, où She-Ra révèle à Musclor qu'elle est sa sœur. Musclor, stupéfait et confus, n'ayant jamais su qu'il avait une sœur, fait appel à la Sorcière pour leur expliquer toute l'histoire. La Sorcière explique qu'Adam et Adora sont nés jumeaux du Roi et de la Reine d'Éternia, mais que la Horde a envahi Éternia et, après leur défaite, leur chef Hordak a enlevé Adora pour se venger et s'est enfui dans un autre monde. Comme personne ne pouvait retrouver Adora, la Sorcière a utilisé sa magie pour effacer son souvenir de tous, sauf du Roi, de la Reine, de l'Homme d'Armes et d'elle-même. Lorsque la localisation d'Adora a finalement été retrouvée, la Sorcière...
Épisode 5 - Battle for Bright Moon

Alors que la princesse Adora retrouve ses parents, Hordak et Skeletor s'infiltrent dans le palais et la capturent, l'emmenant à la Montagne du Serpent. Mais une fois arrivés à la Montagne du Serpent, les hommes de Skeletor projettent Hordak à travers le portail temporel vers Etheria, permettant ainsi à Skeletor de s'emparer d'Adora. Musclor part avec l'Homme d'Armes et Teela pour secourir Adora, mais Musclor découvre qu'Adora s'est déjà sauvée elle-même, sous le nom de She-Ra. Après avoir dit au revoir à ses parents, Adora retourne à Etheria pour aider la Rébellion, et Musclor la suit pour l'aider à prendre son envol.
Épisode 6 - The Sea Hawk

En enquêtant sur un grand navire qui effrayait les elfes de Seaworthy, Adora rencontre un pirate appelé Faucon des mers, qui vole dans les entrepôts des elfes pour livrer à la Horde. Elle tente de le convaincre de se détourner de la Horde, mais lorsque Catra et plusieurs Hordesiens arrivent pour toucher leur solde, ils obligent Faucon des mers à ordonner à ses hommes de capturer Adora. Lorsqu'il réalise son erreur, il part à sa rescousse et à briser l'emprise de la Horde sur lui.

Un mystérieux héros, le Chevalier Rouge, sauve les rebelles de la Horde alors qu'ils se rendent à une foire au château de Blackmoor. La reine Angella trouve sa voix familière, mais il affirme ne pouvoir révéler son identité tant qu'Etheria n'est pas libre. À la foire, le Chevalier Rouge défend le château de Blackmoor contre la Horde, déterminée à capturer la reine Angella.
Épisode 8 - The Missing Ax

Flèche d'or dîne avec un bûcheron nommé Mark. Les fils de Mark, Thad et Kyle, proposent d'abattre des arbres pour lui. Mark leur donne alors sa hache et ils partent dans les bois. Fatigués, les garçons abandonnent la hache près d'une bûche. Pendant leur absence, des Brindilles la prennent, la croyant perdue, et décident de retrouver son propriétaire. À leur retour, les garçons découvrent la hache disparue. Craignant que leur père ne leur en veuille, ils inventent une histoire de voleur. Bow se rend alors au village de Greenthatch, occupé par la Horde, où il pense que le voleur s'est peut-être rendu. Il se retrouve bientôt attaqué et capturé par la Horde. C'est à She-Ra de secourir Flèche d'or et de convaincre les garçons d'assumer leurs responsabilités, après avoir mis la vie de Flèche d'or en danger par leur mensonge.
Épisode 9 - The Prisoners of Beast Island

La Horde attaque le château Mysticor. Flèche d'or convainc le dragon Trouillardus de s'aventurer hors du château pour effrayer les attaquants de la Horde. Lorsque Catra réalise à quel point Trouillardus est lâche, elle le capture et l'emmène sur l'Île aux Bêtes.
Épisode 10 - The Peril of Whispering Woods

Ténébra découvre une potion ancestrale capable de tuer les plantes des Bois Murmurants et de contrer la magie qui repousse la Horde. Cependant, lors d'un raid contre le camp rebelle, le fils de Horde Prime, le prince Zed, est pris en otage et réalise à quel point la Horde traite les gens avec cruauté. Il force Hordak à stopper la destruction des bois, sous le coup de la colère de son père.

When Adora enters the Fright Zone to save Loni, she finds out that she has been tricked into a trap.

Shadow Weaver breaks into the home of the retired wizard Callus, and steals his magical mirror which can transport people from different worlds to Etheria. Hordak uses the mirror to transport Prince Adam to his dungeons, in the hope that Adora will come to rescue her brother and he will be able to recapture her. As Callus enlists the help of Bow and Glimmer to recover his mirror, She-Ra sets out to rescue Prince Adam, before Hordak can cause more havoc with the mirror.

However, Hordak gets word of this and sends Shadow Weaver to steal their voices and capture Adora. Though she fails to capture the Rebel-traitor, Shadow Weaver does take Adora's voice - disallowing Adora to transform into She-Ra - Bow and the voiceless Adora journey to the Fright Zone to get her and the other's voices back.

When Horde Prime goes on a vacation, he tells Hordak to look after his ship, the Velvet Glove. He-Man is concerned that Hordak will use the ship to attack Eternia, so he goes to Etheria to enlist She-Ra's help in the case of an attack. Skeletor is also concerned that his old mentor will attack him, so he sets out to steal the ship for himself. When Hordak tries to use the ship's freeze rays to freeze the Whispering Woods, She-Ra and He-Man set about stopping him, and chaos ensues as they fight to stop Hordak while Skeletor competes for control of the Velvet Glove!

Shadow Weaver is attacking Castle Brightmoon. Queen Angella will loose the castle's powers in a few days, when an eclipse occurs. Shadow Weaver knows this so, she is attacking Castle Brightmoon to try and weaken Queen Angella. Queen Angella tells Adora that the only way Brightmoon can be saved is if they find the Crystal Castle. Only, one person has seen the castle. The person who has seen the castle is the King of the trolls, and trolls hate humans.

Adora and Bow visit a school in Northland, to tell the children how Etheria was a peaceful place before the Horde invaded it and took over. One boy, Corey, accuses them of lying, believing that the Horde are a peaceful government and the planet's rightful rulers. Just then, Northland is invaded by the Horde themselves, who steal all the school's books for a book burning ceremony, with the intention of replacing them with books depicting the Horde as the rightful rulers of Etheria. Hordak also appoints Tung Lashor as a new teacher for the school. As books are burned in the town square, and the Horde do all they can to ensure the schools teach pro-Horde views, She-Ra must do all she can to stop them, before the Horde's propaganda can corrupt the minds of the children.

She-Ra les sauve, mais Flèche d'or se sent coupable d'avoir mis les Twiggets en danger. Il décide de partir et découvre que les Twiggets ont été capturés et contraints de travailler pour la Horde.

La Sorcière envoie Musclor sur Etheria, lui annonçant que She-Ra a besoin de lui de toute urgence. Sur Etheria, Musclor se retrouve plongé dans une guerre intense et le chaos, tandis que la Horde bombarde une petite ville. Les villageois s'enfuient dans les mines tandis que She-Ra et Musclor combattent les Soldats. Ils expliquent ensuite aux héros que la Horde a attaqué leur ville après avoir manqué d'étherium, une substance qu'ils extrayaient pour la Horde. La Horde prévoit de brûler la ville, mais les villageois expliquent à She-Ra et Musclor qu'ils ne se soucient plus de sauver leurs foyers ; tout ce qu'ils désirent, c'est la liberté. Alors que She-Ra part chercher des renforts rebelles, Musclor fait de son mieux pour aider les villageois à survivre dans la mine. Au milieu de cette guerre et de ces souffrances, les villageois comprennent qu'ils doivent rejoindre la rébellion et se battre pour leur liberté.

Orko aide la Sorcière à nettoyer le Château des Ombres lorsqu'il s'écrase accidentellement à travers l'une des portes interdimensionnelles. Il atterrit dans les Bois Murmurants sur Etheria et rencontre Madame Razz et Balai. Malheureusement, Orko et Madame Razz sont capturés par la Horde et emmenés dans la Zone de la Frayeur. Ni la magie de Ténébra ni les scanners scientifiques de Hordak ne parviennent à comprendre l'étrangeté d'Orko. Ils décident donc de l'envoyer sur le Monde de la Horde et de les laisser découvrir sa véritable nature. Heureusement, Balai retrouve She-Ra et lui raconte ce qui s'est passé. She-Ra contacte la Sorcière, qui lui demande d'attendre Musclor avant de tenter de le secourir, car il voudrait l'aider à sauver Orko. Musclor et She-Ra se rendent dans la Zone de la Frayeur sur Vent Rapide, trouvent Madame Razz et apprennent que le vaisseau spatial d'Orko est sur le point de décoller. Madame Razz, qui apprécie le courage d'Orko, transporte les héros au spatioport.
Épisode 34 - Troll's Dream

Sur Eternia, Modulok, le scientifique de Skeletor, a créé une machine à Portes capable de transporter des villes entières vers d'autres planètes. Skeletor prévoit de l'utiliser pour transporter Eternos sur Etheria. Mais Modulok, lassé du traitement irrespectueux de Skeletor, le trahit et emporte la machine sur Etheria pour la remettre à Hordak. Furieux, Skeletor suit Modulok sur Etheria, où Hordak l'a recruté comme scientifique et prévoit d'utiliser la machine à Portes pour envahir Eternia. Alors que Skeletor et Hordak, ennemis de longue date, se disputent le contrôle de la machine à Portes, She-Ra et Musclor doivent arrêter les méchants avant qu'ils n'envahissent Eternia !

Kowl et Kowla, son amie, sont capturés par Vultak, un vautour de la Horde, et emprisonnés dans le zoo d'Hordak. Ce n'est que lorsque la liberté de Kowl est menacée qu'il réalise l'importance de la liberté. Bientôt, tous les animaux sont libérés du zoo d'Hordak par She-Ra et Flèchedor.

Le Prince Highcliff est capturé par Hordak lors de sa visite à Brightmoon depuis sa résidence de la Pierre Bleue. Faux Visage, l'assistant métamorphe de Hordak, prend la forme de Highcliff et pénètre dans Brightmoon pour l'inonder. Il capture ensuite Scintillement et la Pierre de Lune, empêchant le Château de se défendre. La Horde attaque à nouveau, et She-Ra et Flèchdor le sauvent.
Épisode 42 - Enemy with My Face

Ténébra libère une créature des marais appelée Melog, capable d'absorber la force et les pouvoirs de quiconque la touche. Elle lance le Melog sur She-Ra, et lorsqu'il la touche, il absorbe sa puissance et prend une forme humaine féminine. She-Ra se retrouve alors face à un ennemi d'une force égale à la sienne, qui pourrait bien la vaincre. Light Hope dit à She-Ra qu'elle pourra vaincre le Melog si elle découvre ce qu'il possède d'autre, outre sa force et son pouvoir. Mais de quoi s'agit-il ?
Épisode 43 - Welcome Back, Kowl

Kowl est accusé d'un crime contre la Rébellion et est soupçonné d'être à l'origine de l'enlèvement de Madame Razz. Voulant prouver son innocence, il se rend dans la Zone de la Peur pour secourir Madame Razz seul. Lorsque She-Ra arrive à son tour, ils découvrent tous deux qu'Imp était derrière la mascarade. Kowl est libéré lorsque Madame Razz est ramenée saine et sauve.

D'étranges roches intergalactiques ont atterri sur Etheria et Hordak les convoite. Trouvant ce geste inhabituel, She-Ra et les Rebelles se rendent sur place pour comprendre ce qui se passe. Il s'avère que ces roches sont en réalité des personnes en quête d'un endroit sûr où vivre. Mais Hordak ne les laissera pas partir tant qu'il n'aura pas découvert tous leurs secrets.

Man-At-Arms manages to locate him and teleport him back, and Orko brings two lost Earth children, Miguel and Alicia, home with him. The children are worried about missing Christmas, which they had been ready to celebrate back on Earth, so Queen Marlena decides to introduce Christmas to Eternia and celebrate the twins' birthday with a Christmas party. But the presence of the spirit of Christmas on Eternia worries Horde Prime, who summons Hordak and Skeletor to his aid and sends them both to capture the children and put an end to the Christmas celebrations before goodwill spreads across Eternia...

They are ambushed by Leech and some Horde troopers, who manage to take the crown even though She-Ra arrives to lend a hand. Bo, Glimmer, Spragg, and Peakablue decide to go into the Fright Zone to reclaim the crown, counting on She-Ra to come rescue them if they get into trouble. Madame Razz is worried that the Rebels are depending on She-Ra too much and advises Adora to follow them but not transform. When Catra and Claudine corner the Rebels, Adora does transform into She-Ra but tells Bo and Glimmer that they shouldn't put themselves in danger for a crown and then expect to be rescued. She goes on to assure them that they are fully capable of defending themselves in this battle. She then disappears, and the others manage to do quite well, but Peakablue gets captured and they have to continue into the Fright Zone. Adora allows herself to be captured so she can enter the Fright Zone and discover how the Horde has learned to penetrate the Woods' magic. Once there, she is able to free the prisoners and break Shadow Weaver's spell with a little help from her alter-ego.

Adam's visit to Etheria is interrupted when he and Adora spot a space vessel being shot down by the Horde. They transform into He-Man and She-Ra and seek Mermista's help in saving the pilot, who landed in a region of ice water. He-Man and Frosta deal with the Horde Troopers while Mermista and She-Ra swim down and free the unconscious pilot from her ship. The pilot turns out to be Sweet Bee, a beautiful alien who can fly and create honeycomb nets. He-Man is very attentive to her, much to Frosta's annoyance. Sweet Bee was scouting out a new home for her people after their planet was destroyed. She-Ra tells Sweet Bee that her people would most likely be enslaved by the Horde if they came to Etheria.
