Harry découvre que son incursion dans le monde de la donation de sperme a donné la vie à des enfants. Beaucoup d'enfants ! Le célibataire, que la nature a peu gâté, se retrouve du jour au lendemain empêtré dans les vies de ces progénitures tombées du ciel et de leurs familles guère ravies. Sont concernés un couple de lesbiennes et leur fils farfelu de 9 ans, un mari blasé, son épouse et leur fille adolescente, et enfin une mère célibataire impulsive et enceinte, dont l'horloge biologique tourne.
