Ruby O'Reilly et son père Daniel sont prêts pour un nouveau départ lorsqu'ils héritent d'un verger dans la ville d'Emerald. Lorsque Ruby découvre un ancien puits à souhaits sur leurs terres, elle devient la nouvelle gardienne du puits. Maintenant, c'est à Ruby d'exaucer les souhaits non exaucés des habitants de la ville. Utilisant l'empathie, la gentillesse et beaucoup de courage, Ruby et ses meilleurs amis Sam et Mina travaillent pour que chaque souhait devienne réalité dans Emerald.
