Un homme perd tout un jour lors d'un accident de voiture tragique. Fang Zhan Cheng (Kingone Wang) a perdu sa fiancée, Liang Luo Han (Kirsten Ren), mais aussi sa vision. Détruit par la perte de sa fiancée, Zhan Cheng est inconsolable et refuse même une transplantation de la cornée, qui pourrait lui restorer la vue. Mais sa vie prend un tournant inattendu lorsqu'il rencontre sa nouvelle infirmière Wang Yu Xi (Kirsten Ren), la sosie de sa fiancée. Une autre jeune femme, Xu Ya Ti (Nita Lei), reçoit le transplant du coeur de Luo Han et commence à exhiber les mêmes manières et la personnalité de Luo Han. Lorsqu'il aura à choisir entre une femme qui ressemble à sa fiancée décédée et une femme qui partage sa personnalité, que fera Zhan Cheng? « Quelqu'un comme toi » est une série taïwanaise de 2015 réalisée par Chen Rong Hui.
