Suite à l'éradication de tous les adultes par un virus, des vampires apparaissent sur Terre pour contrôler les enfants survivants, les considérant comme du bétail. Yuichiro Hyakuya survécut auprès des autres orphelins en donnant son sang aux vampires, jusqu'à son évasion il y a 4 ans. Depuis, il est devenu un membre de la Moon Demon Company, une unité de l'armée japonaise, dans le but de chasser les vampires responsables de la mort de sa famille.

After doing battle, Mika escapes with Yu, Makoto, and the rest of Shinoa Squad. Shinoa declares they all quit being members of the Japanese Imperial Demon Army.
