Après 6 ans de séparation, Himenokouji Akito est réuni avec sa sœur jumelle Akiko et ils commencent de nouveau à vivre ensemble. Toutefois, durant leur séparation, Akiko a développé un cas grave de brother-complex, elle a des sentiments amoureux pour Akito. Mais ça ne s'arrête pas là, Nikaidou Arashi la présidente du conseil des étudiants de son nouveau lycée, Nasuhara Anastasia la vice-président, et Sawatari Ginbei Haruomi, qui l'a suivi depuis Kyouto, le prennent toutes en chasse l'une après l'autre.
