La femme et l’enfant de Kenji Fujikido, simple employé de bureau, ont été les victimes collatérales d’une guerre entre des clans de ninjas. Désespéré et à l’article de la mort, Fujikido se retrouve possédé par l’âme de l’énigmatique ninja Naraku. À présent, son seul but sera d’éradiquer la pègre qui sévit dans la ville de Neo-Saitama, porté par une vengeance personnelle à assouvir. Rien ne pourra arrêter celui qu’on appelle désormais Ninja Slayer…
