"Nightwing: The Series" suit l'histoire de l'ancien acolyte de Batman, Dick Grayson alias Robin. Après une dispute avec son mentor, Dick abandonne Gotham et tous ses habitants. Émergeant dans la ville de Bludhaven des années plus tard, Dick prend le prétexte de "Nightwing" pour vaincre facilement les petits criminels qui l'infestent. Mais il se rend vite compte qu'il a peut-être eu les yeux plus grand que le ventre, quand un assassin mystérieux et dangereux, seulement connu sous le nom de "Deathstroke", commence à cibler les citoyens de Bludhaven. Pourra-t-il défendre sa nouvelle maison et la vie de ses habitants, de l'ennemi le plus dangereux à qu'il ait jamais fait face !? Seul le temps le dira dans cette épique mini-série en 5 parties !
