Ben Reeve from Lewisham Council's Rogue Landlord Unit aims to help Lola, who stopped paying rent 18 months earlier in an effort to get her negligent landlord to deal with her dilapidated flat's many problems. Eviction specialists also come to the aid of Amit, who found himself continuing his late father's battle with a nightmare renter, and 70-year-old landlady Joan, who started receiving unnerving threats from her rent-skipping tenant after she started legal proceedings to get him evicted.
