Baek Shi-Yoon est un ancien agent secret. Il est une arme humaine bien entraînée. Cachant son passé, il achète le bar "Neighborhood" et le dirige en tant que propriétaire. Il se rapproche des habitués du bar et compatit à leurs souffrances. Baek Shi-Yoon rencontre un jeune homme qui travaille comme employé temporaire. Le jeune homme veut devenir policier. Baek Shi-Yoon forme le jeune homme au métier d'agent secret et ils luttent ensemble contre le mal.
