Zhen Zhen and Shao Peng Cheng are suddenly entrusted to sell the house quickly to raise funds for Tian Gang's injured mother. However, not everyone in Tian Gang's family agrees to his decision. More complications arise as Zhen Zhen turns down Ms. Bai's dinner invitation to help her client. Jing Ran is stressed out and gets into a conflict with his mother. Issues in both families are now a headache for Zhen Zhen.

Upon hearing how Mrs. Tian is so selfless even when she's in such a critical condition, Ms. Yu's family is touched and decides to sell the property. However, Zhen Zhen and Peng Cheng has to protect Mrs. Tian's rights and interests.

Expecting Ms. Bai to be angry, Zhen Zhen is surprised when she's not. However, Ms. Bai makes it clear to Zhen Zhen that there are standards to meet if she is to become Jing Ran's wife. Back in the office, Zhen Zhen and Shao Peng Cheng work hard to meet the standards of their chairman in order to have him approve of their Youth Apartment project. Fortunately, they manage to convince him. It's good news for Mr. Tian's family and there are smiles all around.

Xiao Ning and Xi Shan's disagreement intensifies as Ms. Luo declares that she'll partner with Xiao Ning for a business. Later, Jing Ran submits a resignation letter, unbeknownst to Zhen Zhen, to the chairman. When she confronted Jing Ran with what he did, Zhen Zhen realized that she needs to stand up and decide for herself.

Shao Peng Cheng's true identity is also revealed and Zhen Zhen feels betrayed that he doesn't trust her with the truth. Finally, Xi Shan admits to being jealous of Ms. Luo and Xiao Ning reassures her of his love. Mei Li starts feeling uneasy about her actions and when confronted by friends, she flies into a rage.

Morever, Luo Zu Er throws a birthday party for Peng Cheng, but the latter didn't attend causing her to make a scene. With this, Xiao Ning was forced to rescue her again, to Xi Shan's dismay. Mei Li's relatives goes to Hu Yuan Store and causes a ruckus about the house they bought after they found out that the previous owner committed suicide in there.

Zhen Zhen cleverly finds them a buyer who is an atheist. Mei Li is very thankful for everything that Zhen Zhen has done for her, and decides to clear Zhen Zhen's name. Mr. Mu finally joins Song Shi and brings with him Ms. Zeng. Chairman Shao is hospitalised and Dr. Zhong tells Peng Cheng that surgery is the best option. At the same time, Song Shi announces a new long-term lease project and Love and Family is in a mess without Chairman Shao.

Peng Cheng starts to reflects on the things his dad told him. While he's away, Mr. Dong holds a board meeting, and convinces the board of directors to sign the resolution to transfer Chairman Shao's shares to him and make him the chairman. When Peng Cheng is told of the news, he makes only one request to Mr. Dong. Ms. Luo, on the other hand, visits Chairman Shao at the hospital with her dad. Mr. Luo tries to convince Chairman Shao on the marriage agreement between Zu Er and Peng Cheng. In the meantime, something that Chairman Shao says touches Peng Cheng's heart.

Later on, Mu Yun Ping makes a decision regarding his position in Hong Shi Real Estate.
