After a robot tries to steal the F1 racer, Hiroshi Ozora, uses his super-suit to fend off the theft. Soon, Mirai Ozora, Hiroshi's sister discovers Hiroshi 's identity as "Captain Tokyo" and makes some changes to the suit. Later it is discovered that those changes mean only, Mirai can wear the suit. Can she fend off the robots sent by Prof. Machingal?

Also in Cape Kennedy, Prof. Machingal is preparing to steal the shuttle, and ruin the concert because Amy Lean has no right to perform at such a place...
