In the 2nd episode, the contestants face a team challenge with exotic Brazilian fruits. In the elimination round, they must create a creative and perfect version of the classic Ópera cake, requiring technique and precision.

In the semi-finals, competitors must deliver a dessert that has elements of nature in both its appearance and flavor and, in search of the last spot, a complicated French confectionery test, which requires a lot of care and precision.

To be crowned champion, the two finalists must deliver an exclusive 3-step dessert menu that is original, cohesive, tasty, beautiful and represents what they are about in the confectionery industry.
