The young Maria Corleone has moved from Palermo, Sicily to Milan and is realizing her dream of becoming a stylist; she has a partner, Luca Spada, a young prosecutor with whom she is expecting a child. Little by little Maria will enter the criminal mechanisms of the mafia, coming to terms with her conscience to defend the life and honor of the Corleones: but this will weigh dramatically on her relationship with Luca and their child.
