Basé sur le jeu vidéo Magatsu Wahrheit de KLab. L'histoire se centre sur deux jeunes personnes vivant dans l'empire de Wahrheit avec l'intention de déménager à Tokyo : Inumaeru, un timide livreur et Reokadio, un naïf soldat de l'empire. D'autre part, la "lumière", un désastre qui réveille des créatures autrefois éteintes a été prédit et l'esprit humain a été détruit. Pendant ce temps, le destin de Inumaeru et Reokadio ainsi que celui de l'empire change radicalement à la suite d'une contrebande d'armes.
