Épisode 1 - Sizin Için Ne Yapabilirim?

Hisarönü Foundation Hospital, once one of the most established hospitals in Istanbul, is going through hard times. Barış Güvener, a young and idealistic associate professor, is appointed in the Hisarönü as the chief physician in order to return the hospital to its old days. On Barış's first day in office; A carbon monoxide leak occurs in the hotel where the Turkic Republics Congress is held, and six poisoned ambassadors are brought to the hospital. Thus, the eyes of the press are turned to Hisarönü Hospital. Two Syrian brothers; Things get out of hand when Habip and Bewar smuggle into the hospital and Bewar is quarantined. On the one hand, Barış, who changed all the balances in the hospital with his radical decisions, on the other hand, and the dynamic between him and his colleagues, awaits a surprise that never expected in the end.

Barış faces the fact that he has cancer, but he will never let this disease slow him down! He continues full steam ahead to remake and transform the hospital, which pits him against Suzan. All surgeons are in London as it's the Cardiovascular Surgery Congress. Barış makes a decision, all the ambulances of Çamlıtepe will come to Hisarönü! In this decision, Aras stands with Barış. An “emergency day” is declared in the hospital. Meanwhile, journalist Ekrem Tüzün, an unexpected visitor to the hospital, records all the problems. Things change when two young children, Yusuf and Mehmet Ali, are brought to the hospital. After the most difficult day of Hisaronu Hospital, a surprise awaits Barış!

On the other hand, Barış will start cancer treatment, but a beggar girl he sees on the street, whose foot is infected, causes her whole day to change. Ali Haydar and Andaç uncover a much darker secret in the family of a patient who comes with a suicide attempt. In the finale, when all the wounds are healed and the hospital gathers for Aras' surprise birthday party, there is a truth they do not know; at two different ends of the city, both Derin and Barış's lives are in danger!
