Dans une petite ville qui ressemble à toutes les autres, les accidents bizarres, les phénomènes paranormaux et les manifestations surnaturelles semblent faire partie du quotidien. Trois enfants du coin sont ainsi régulièrement entraînés dans des aventures abracadabrantes. Il y a Mosley Moville, qui semble tout connaître et qui n'a peur de rien ; Tommy "Hitch" Hitchcock, qui est moins futé mais qui a toujours une bonne blague à raconter ; et Mimi Valentine, qui essaie de mettre un peu de bon sens dans toutes ces histoires.
