Hong Sun Hee is a housewife who accidentally meets her first love, Jang Dong Chul, again. Now he is known as Song Jae Bin and is a famous movie star who didn't recognize her. Sun Hee's husband lands himself in jail for debts and Sun Hee applies to the wealthy Dong Chul for aid. He isn't inclined to help her bacuase she's no longer the beauty she once was but eventually she moves into his house as a housekeeper. The two bicker constantly but slowy they discover the feelings they had at 19 aren't completely gone.

Hong-Sun-hee is a 39-year-old homemaker who is stunned to hear from her gynecologist that she has reached menopause. Song Jae-bin is a movie star who is 39 but pretends that he is in his early 30s. His acting career is sizzling, as he is the most popular celebrity in the country. While shooting a TV commercial he gets into a quarrel with one of the extras who happens to be Hong Sun-hee. Song Jae-bin can never forget his high school sweetheart and so his agent tracks down Sun-hee’s whereabouts and her cellphone number...

Jae-bin and Sun-hee agree to meet at a hotel suite room but they are shocked when they see each other. Sun-hee is happy to see Jae-bin but Jae-bin pretends he’s not who she thinks he is because Sun-hee has turned into a homely woman. Jae-bin decides to never meet Sun-hee again but Sun-hee starts to think of a way to get back at Jae-bin because he lied about his age to all his fans and also treated her like a nobody when they met at the hotel. When Sun-hee’s husband is about to be sentenced to prison for bilking investors, Sun-hee tries everything she can to pay back the money her husband owes them. She finally turns to Jae-bin for help...

Sun-hee goes to Jae-bin’s house and makes a proposition to sleep with him for one night if he will lend her some money. Believing that Sun-hee intends to catch him in the act and use it to blackmail him, Jae-bin videotapes the entire conversation they have. While Sun-hee is offering to sell her body to Jae-bin, Dong-hwa, Jae-bin’s brother, arrives home and sees the two of them chasing each other in the living room. Jae-bin quickly introduces Sun-hee as their new housekeeper to allay his brother’s suspicions. So Sun-hee becomes a housekeeper at Jae-bin’s house to make Dong-hwa keep believing that she’s not a love interest of Jae-bin. Meanwhile, Lee Na-yun, a top actress who found success in America, returns to Korea and signs an agency contract with Jae-bin’s talent management company. When Sun-hee tries to negotiate a new deal to become a full-time housekeeper at Jae-bin’s house, it is discovered that she stole one of Jae-bin’s possessions when the said item turns up on eBay where Sun-hee’s daughter, put it up for sale. This nearly gets Sun-hee fired...

While comforting Sun-hee, who was humiliated at the party, Jae-bin and Sun-hee almost cross paths with Jung-sook, the wine bar owner and Sun-hee’s husband. Sun-hee’s awkward job as Jae-bin’s housekeeper creates awkward situations at the home. Sun-hee goes to a private investigator to find her husband’s whereabouts. Sun-hee asks Jae-bin to give her a salary advance because she needs the money to pay the private investigator and things get out of hand between Sun-hee and Jae-bin in a not-so-funny way...

Learning that her husband is still in Korea, Sun-hee tries to find out what kind of trouble he is in and goes to see him. Meanwhile, Jae-bin sees a date circled on Sun-hee’s calendar and not being aware that it’s the date of Sun-hee’s wedding anniversary, he thinks it’s her birthday or some kind of a special day. She decides to turn the tables around by using the tabloids. Jae-bin starts to develop feelings for Sun-hee but she is constantly obsessed over her husband.
