Les colocataires emménagent dans la grande maison pour l'émission et font connaissance. Mais à peine installés les conflits s'installent déjà: La princesse Clara vexe Foxxy en la prenant pour la servante, et Toot tente en vain de draguer Xandir.

Toot fait croire à Clara qu'elle est enceinte depuis qu'elle a embrassé Foxxy. Cette dernière décide alors de donner un cours d'éducation sexuelle aux colocataires, mais Clara est indignée par ce cours et est persuadée qu'aucun homme ne voudra jamais mettre "sa zigounette dans son frifri". En effet le "frifri" de Clara n'est pas banal.

Le producteur offre une machine a coudre aux colocataires.Remarquant les talents de couturier de Ling-Ling, Spanky décide de l'exploiter pour faire des contrefaçons de baskets de marque. Les autres colocataires sont très déçus du cadeau sauf Xandir qui est heureux de pouvoir finir de coudre son cache-tellière. Alors que les autres le soupçonnent d'être gay, il fait tout pour se convaincre lui même qu'il ne l'est pas.

Les colocataires reçoivent un courrier des producteurs annonçant qu'une compétition devrait avoir lieu pour que la maison soit ravitaillée. Les colocataires sont alors séparé en deux équipes, la gagnante remportera un festin et la perdante devra lutter pour survivre sans nourriture. L'équipe A doit alors réussir à trouver un traitement contre la polio avant que l'équipe B parvienne à mettre un oeuf dans un seau.

L'un des colocataires doit recevoir la visite surprise d'un proche. Ils attendent tous devant l'entrée de la maison pour voir finalement arriver Bleh, la cousine attardée de Clara. Clara est très gênée et tente d'éviter tout contact entre sa cousine et les autres occupants de la maison. Mais Captain Hero a parier à Spanky 50$ qu'il parviendrais à coucher avec Bleh. Ling-Ling lui est très déçu que ce ne soit pas son père qui est été invité, Toot et Xandir l'embrassent pour le consoler mais il deviennent acro au liquide hallucinogène que secrète Ling-Ling lorsqu'il est déçu.

Clara n'a pas le moral, quelque chose lui manque. Mais un soir elle voit Spanky et Foxxy faire une farce vulgaire au livreur de pizza. Depuis elle n'a que ça en tête et veut contribuer aux farces de Spanky et Foxxy. Pendant ce temps, Xandir veut passer plus de temps avec Captain Hero mais celui-ci est trop occupé à sauver le monde.

Captain Hero is thrilled to discover Greeks have moved in next door, but remains oblivious to the fact that it is a family of Greek immigrants and not a Greek fraternity. When the Greeks won't let Captain Hero rush their house, he sets his sights on revenge, including fraternity-style pranks like kidnapping their daughter. Meanwhile, Ling-Ling's sickly father moves into the Drawn Together house and falls in love with Toot. Like a typical gold digger, Toot marries the rich old man for his money. But will Ling-Ling put up with losing his inheritance to a fatty?

The Terminator was sent back by the remaining few straight people to ensure the straight future. In the mean time, Toot pines away for the mythical "Wiener Mobile," which is supposed to give out free hot dogs. but only to the worthy.

Spanky convinces Foxxy to go for the title once again. In the meantime, Captain Hero discovers Clara has a secret sexual fetish for car crashes. Hero causes wrecks to get Clara off, but does she really love him? Or is she just using him for the car crashes?

In the mean time, Foxxy hides her thieving grandson Ray Ray in the walls of the Drawn Together house to hide him from the police. Stuck in the walls, Ray Ray spies on the housemates and ends up falling in love with the fattest woman with the biggest ass. Toot. Can her huge ass save the housemates from the attacking deer?
