Dans une frontière aride où les gens échangent des biens les uns avec les autres afin de s'entraider pour survivre. Aux côtés de pilotes qui ne manquent pas de personnalité, ils s'envolent dans des combats aériens, laissant résonner dans le ciel le bruit des moteurs de leurs chasseurs Hayabusa.
