It's up to Kirstie and Phil to nurse these doctors to a unanimous decision as to whether to love or list.

Phil catches up with Carol and Andrew from Harrogate, who he first met in 2016 when they were at loggerheads over their beautiful three-bedroom home. Back then, Team Love It Andrew's feet were 'set in concrete' and he was adamant that they couldn't find a better location for them and their two children. Carol on the other hand was ready to list. As well as the dated, cramped kitchen, she could see a not-so-distant future where her dad Dennis may need to move into a house that was already bursting at the seams. With three generations to consider, Kirstie came up with an ingenious plan to create the family kitchen and extra bedroom space they needed, working to a budget of £60,000. Phil on the other hand had £475,000 to convince Andrew to up sticks. He showed them three beautiful homes in the Yorkshire countryside, one of which stole Carol's heart, and Andrew's resolve was seriously tested.

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer head back to Albrighton in Shropshire to catch up with Jamie Lea and Curtis. Back in 2019 they'd reached a stalemate after buying and doing up their three-bedroom terrace home. At the time, psychology student Jamie Lea wanted to settle down and enjoy family life with their daughter Scarlett and their soon-to-be-born second child. But Curtis had itchy feet and was constantly trawling the internet for their next doer-upper. He wanted a bigger house with a better garden in the countryside for their growing family. Kirstie came up with a plan to give them the family space they needed, but with a tight Love It budget of £30,000, Curtis and Jamie Lea had to use every ounce of elbow grease and savvy to stretch it as far as possible. Meanwhile, Phil's List It budget of £280,000 was equally tough. He scoured the area and found three stunning properties to win over Jamie Lea, including a huge four-bed project, but what did the couple decide to do in the end? Four
