A body has been found in the lock, and the small community is starting to get cold feet. Jonas, for his part, is terrified of an investigation and does everything possible to put out fires. At the same time, Sofie gets into trouble at school.

Kasper is buried and Sofie wants revenge on the person responsible for the death. Jonas and William are blackmailed by the parents of the boy they beaten. Jonas feels that his drama teacher Adam is starting to take over fatherhood for Sofie.

Marius Borge from Kripos invites the press to Slusvik to shake the local community - and perhaps find out who has unclean flour in the bag. The arrival of the press has an unexpected effect, and soon more of the locals are cratering, especially the mysterious Nina Novak.

Sofie is on a class trip with the drama group, and Elin joins in. Jonah is home from work worrying about Adam. He suspiciously resembles a phantom drawing of The Bag Man, a sex offender and paedophile who walked free. At the same time, Jonas is visited by Kripos investigator Marius Borge.

Jonas thought it would help to threaten Adam, but this results in bigger problems, both at Sofie's school and at home with Elin. At the same time, the money problems are ballooning, and Elin begins to doubt whether Jonas will ever be stable again.

The lock festival is underway, and without Adam as director, Elin has to help the drama group with the play. Elin's uneasiness creates conflict between her and Sofie. Jonas and William, in turn, have set in motion a plan to get rid of NCIS - and Adam - for good.
