The premise of the episode is that the couples have time-traveled from the past into the current generation and have lost their memories of love from doing so. The goal is to purify the jar of love water that has been made filthy by fake love. Through successfully completing missions, the couples will receive hints leading to the real flask of magical love water.

The teams must successfully complete the missions to obtain the magic oil that reveals the password needed to retrieve the passports. In their final mission, the members must face off against the Korean Running Man cast.
