Judo Boy, un jeune expert en arts martiaux, arrive trop tard pour sauver son père, karatéka renommé, de la mort. Ce dernier vient d’affronter un adversaire qui lui a porté un coup mortel et qu’il n’a pu vaincre alors qu’il passait pour le meilleur combattant en arts martiaux... A côté du corps de son père, Judo Boy découvre un oeil de verre, perdu par le tueur durant le combat : L’assassin est donc borgne ! Commence alors pour Judo Boy une course à travers le monde sur sa moto rouge, pour trouver enfin cet homme mystérieux qu’il suit à la trace, affrontant à chaque fois des adversaires plus terribles les uns que les autres et améliorant ses techniques de combattant. Lors de ses combats, il revêt d'ailleurs son kimono rouge que lui avait confectionné sa mère avant de mourir. Il est accompagné dans sa vendetta par un petit orphelin, Ken, et son chien Bobo, rencontrés lors de sa première aventure et qu'ils ne cessera d'essayer de semer, jugeant son périple trop dangereux...
