Jane est une jeune fille qui se retrouve séparée de son père suite à un accident de bateau, en plein milieu de la forêt Amazoniène. Recueillie par Montaro, Jane devient alors une parfaite amazone, armée d'un disque-collier tranchant et accompagnée Goro et Tico. Avec Montaro et docteur Cooper, la jeune femme va partir rechercher son père, affrontant les divers dangers de la jungle ou bien aidant les villages...
