Jamie et Debbie doivent se rendre au domicile de Lawrence, un homme de 76 ans, atteint de la maladie de Parkinson, qui est tombé et qui a du mal à communiquer.

Quant à Lee et Nicole, ils sont appelés pour soigner Shae, un garçon de 4 ans, qui a été blessé par la chute d’un bloc de béton sur une de ses jambes.

Hannah et Michelle interviennent auprès de Georges qui fête son 83ème anniversaire avec des amis dans un pub et qui a trébuché et est tombé par terre.

Preet et Leon se dépêchent de rejoindre Holly Mae, un bébé de 17 mois qui a ingéré le parfum contenu dans un diffuseur automatique. Laura et- Kelly aident Kathleen, 48 ans, une femme qui a de sévères crampes d’estomac.

Darren et Craig vont voir Nicola, une femme de 49 ans ayant du mal à respirer et souffrant d’un œdème aux jambes. Preet et Leon sont appelés pour une urgence vitale : Brandon, un enfant de 12 ans a eu des convulsions.

Craig et Darren sont appelés pour intervenir auprès de Zoé, une femme de 29 ans . C’est un cas d’urgence vitale : elle a peut-être fait un arrêt cardiaque ou une crise d’épilepsie. Gary et Liam viennent en aide à une jeune femme enceinte, proche du terme, qui souffre de vomissements depuis le matin. Le bébé doit naitre dans cinq semaines. Les ambulanciers se préparent à l’éventualité d’un accouchement prématuré.

A leur arrivée, le patient a l’air d’aller bien mais après avoir discuté un peu avec lui, elles se demandent s’il n’aurait pas finalement quelque chose et sont déterminées à trouver quoi.

Une autre équipe d’ambulanciers arrivent au domicile de Patricia, une femme de 84 ans. Cette dernière est tombée par terre, chez elle.
