C'est le rêve d'un jeune homme : changer la société afin que le monde avance dans une meilleur direction. Pour y arriver Sai Akuto souhaite devenir un grand prêtre, une personne ayant les plus grande qualité (un genre de Pape). Cette idée lui a certainement été dictée par sa vie à l'orphelinat de l'église où il fut abandonné à sa naissance. À son arrivé à la gare, il fait la rencontre d'une jeune fille aux cheveux bleus, Hattori Junko, à la suite d'un malentendu. Ces derniers font plus ample connaissance dans le train, où Akuto apprend que Junko vient d'une très ancienne famille dont les traditions visent à protéger le pays et ses valeurs. Après s'être juré amitié par la lame avec Junko, il arrivent à l'Académie des Arts de la Magie Constante. Akuto se rend à la visite médicale de l'université ou un examinateur très spécial (qui annonce votre futur profession) lui prédit un avenir à l'exacte opposé de celui dont il rêvait ; il est promis à devenir le Seigneur des Démons. C'est alors que les ennuis commencent...

After opening a magical "Rice Cooker" relic from the previous war, a blizzard worth of snow is released. The Akuto, Junko, Keena, and Fujiko are forced to survive in a nearby small building, and huddle together for warmth. As everyone assaults Akuto for warmth, Korone bursts through the door holding the "relic", and declares them all indecent.

j'ai beaucoup apprécier cet anime des personnages attachant bien dessiner se cote ecchi et surtout beaucoup d'humour
