Saison 1 : L'histoire débute en Italie, à Venise, où Lok Lambert, jeune adolescent aux cheveux blonds, fait la connaissance de Sophie Casterwill, sa voisine de classe. Par la suite, les deux enfants arrivent dans la maison de Lok pour étudier les cours d'Histoire. Mais accidentellement Sophie fait tomber une statue appartenant au père de Lok. Celui-ci étant porté disparu, un mystérieux journal et une amulette révèlent son existence aux adolescents. Alors que Lok, intrigué, commence à le consulter, deux agents de la redoutable Organisation font leur entrée en brisant la vitre de la chambre du garçon. Sophie ordonne alors à Lok de fuir la maison, de retrouver un dénommé Dante Vale et de lui donner le journal de son père. C'est le début d'une aventure mêlée de fantastique et de mythologie. Saison 2 : Après avoir battu le Professeur, l'Organisation existe toujours. Un de ses agents, Monsieur Wilder, décide de tuer Dante Vale et son équipe pour prendre sa tête. Dans cette saison 2, Lok essayera de retrouver son père mais une nouvelle menace se présente : la Spirale de Sang, que Zhalia Moon va infiltrer pour donner des informations à la Fondation. De nombreux nouveaux Titans font également leur apparition dans cette saison.

On one mission the gang is attacked by mysterious plants which lead them to an island where all their dreams come true, but Zhalia seems highly suspicious and decides to investigate rumors of an ancient magical power found on the same island which she believes are influencing everyone. Meanwhile Grier is up for a promotion, and all he needs to do to receive it is take out DeFoe.

With the Amulet of Will now in their possession, the gang decides to decipher additional clues from Eathon's journal containing the location of the final two Legendary Titans. The next Legendary Titan is located in Ethiopia, Africa, and this time the Professor will personally attend to the issue.

The gang, now joined by Montahue and Tursley set out to find the second legendary titan in Ethiopia. They have to pass not only the many traps inside the place, but also the Professor and his men. In the end the task of finding the titan comes upon Sophie and Lok. Can they together unleash the ancient titan? Both Lok and Sophie express their feelings for each other which allows Lok to bond with Legendary Titan Tao.

The gang are at Metz's place where Lok shows him the ancient Amulet of Will, and the legendary titan, Tao. It is then when Metz tells him about himself, Eathon Lambert, and another friend, Simon Judeaou. Those three had been inseparable and had searched for many titans together. However,Simon soon disappeared. The gang believes that Simon might have the last legendary titan. But after some investigation, they make a shocking discovery concerning the Professor.

The Huntik Team goes to the Organization's base and looks for information about Eathon Lambert, then they go to Peru and look for the waterfall told by the Professor where Eathon Lambert disappeared. They are attacked by some evil seekers who want to restore the Organization, but they find a secret way on the back of the waterfall. Here they find an old Casterwill manufact, something like a portal on the Titan's world. They understand that Eathon has gone to the titans world and Sophie uses her Casterwill powers together with a titan of Zhalia's as well as Eathon's holotome, and the hologram of the Lambert seeker appears and talks to his son. He went to the world of Titans to prevent the consequences of a threaten for the whole world: the Bloody Spiral. Eathon orders his son to help the Casterwill family to fight against the Spiral and gives him a clue: he has to interpret the Nostradamus prophecies!

Nimowey promises to help her find Avalon and the Willblade.

Harrison and Den fight but Zahlia breaks cover to save them both from a cave in. The Casterwills and the Huntik Team clash with the Blood Spiral as Lok and Sophie fight The Betrayer. Zahlia is hurt trying to save them from The Betrayer's Titan, Demigorgan, but she's rescued by Den and Harrison together.
Épisode 26 - Dante's Return

Den and Harrison Join the fight against The Betrayer giving the Casterwill's and the Team time to regroup but The Betrayer's tricks are too strong until Lok manages to powerbond with the Legendary Titan Pendragon and recalls his father's warning in Tyr Na Nog and also calls upon the Legendary Titan Quetzalcoatl but even then The Betrayer seems too strong and he finally manages to activate the Spiral Mark. Suddenly Umbra appears and delivers all that is left of Dante, a pile of ashes...
