L'Hôtel Del Luna est un lieu mystérieux situé dans la ville de Séoul. Jang Man Wol est une très belle femme mais tout aussi colérique qui se trouve être la directrice des lieux. Suite à une grave erreur commise dans le passé, Man Wol ne peut pas quitter l'endroit, et s'en trouve prisonnière depuis plus de 1000 ans. Gu Chan Seong est un jeune homme très intelligent, diplômé d'Harvard et qui n'oublie pas d'en être fier mais il est aussi un jeune prodige de l'hôtellerie que toutes les plus grandes chaînes d'hôtels s'arrachent. Bien qu'il semble être quelqu'un de très droit et réfléchi, il est avant tout un jeune homme foncièrement gentil qui n'hésitera pas à suivre son cœur plutôt que sa tête. Suite à un pacte fait entre Man Wol et le père de Chan Seong il y a 20 ans, celui-ci va se retrouver manager de l'Hotel Del Luna, cependant un élément essentiel ne semble pas avoir été pris en compte, l'hôtel est uniquement fréquenté par des fantômes.

Épisode 1 - Welcome to Hotel Del Luna

On a day when the full moon has risen, Hotel Del Luna resumes its business. Two guests visit the hotel. One is a female dead soul who used to be a policewoman, but ended up being drowned. The other one is a man who isn’t technically dead yet, but somehow ended up being lost after running away from the police.
