As the cosplayers prepare for Anime Matsuri in Houston, Victoria goes OCD over her new costume's details after deciding to cosplay together with Monika. Holly and Jessica are back together and look for a gimmick to capture the anime crowd. And Yaya returns from Denmark for a photo shoot for her calendar, but collapses halfway through when her corset is too tight.

Jessica and Holly take time off to throw a costume-themed barbeque, and work with Becky to come up with a dragon theme for their group skit at Comicon. In Portland, Jesse recovers from back-to-back losses by choosing a pirate costume from Assassin's Creed IV.
