Harry Redknapp's Sandbanks Summer gives the audience an insight into this unique part of the British south coast peninsula, one of the most exclusive postcodes in the UK, where property prices are higher than in Monte Carlo. With some of the most expensive homes in the world, Sandbanks is nicknamed the Hamptons of England and and viewers will get a guided tour of the area from its most famous resident. Harry offers a unique and personal perspective on his much sought-after manor, a far cry from the old East End where he was born and raised.

Harry is joined by Neil ‘Razor’ Ruddock and Joe Pasquale as they become medieval knights then take to the skies. Razor is considering a move to the area so Harry takes him and Joe to see a very desirable £5million penthouse with some of the best views Sandbanks has to offer. Will Razor become Harry's new neighbour? Joe and Razor take a dip in the sea before the trio head to a living history day at Corfe Castle. Harry channels his inner Robin Hood and challenges his 'merry men' to an archery contest but can Harry hit the target? Joe and Harry don suits of armour for a sword fight and Harry strikes a low blow.

Harry Redknapp welcomes celebrity friends to his house in Sandbanks, Britain's most exclusive and expensive seaside resort. In this episode, Harry welcomes John Barnes and Chris Kamara, where they take to the water to see what the area has to offer from the sea. Harry challenges John and Chris to a powerboat showdown on the Solent, before they sample a local delicacy at Harry's favourite chip shop.

Harry Redknapp welcomes Nick Knowles and Rita Simons to Sandbanks, where they pay a visit to the nearby British Beach Polo Championships, and even get the chance to sit in a saddle. The following day, Harry visits his neighbour, celebrity interior designer Celia Sawyer, who gives him a tour of her harbour-front house.

In the final episode, Harry Redknapp goes a camping trip to Brownsea Island for with family, where he plans to catch and cook dinner for the whole family. After taking his grandson fishing, he heads for a cookery masterclass with head chef of the nearby Rick Stein restaurant. The next day, Harry and his son, Jamie Redknapp compete in a game of crazy golf.
