Narasakicho est une petite ville calme au bord de la mer. Mais dans cette ville, il se passe des phénomènes étranges... Le premier c'est qu'il y a un arc-en-ciel qui surplombe la ville par n'importe quel temps. Le second est un phénomène appelé "Gift". Amaumi Haruhiko est une élève de l'académie de Shimano. Mais un jour une élève arrive dans cette Académie. Elle s'avère être sa belle-sœur. Pour une étrange raison, ils ne peuvent vivre sous le même toit... Comédie, quiproquos, un zeste de magie font de cet animé une agréable découverte.
