Le professeur Morgan, spécialisé dans la cyber-génétique, possède deux filles nommées Helen et Diana. Il l'es utilise comme cobayes dans ses expériences sur l'interaction entre le cerveaux humain et le mécanisme des machines. Mais une société s'intéresse de très prêt à ses travaux, et enlève la petite famille Morgan de force pour qu'il continue ses recherches de leurs cotés. Les deux soeurs peuvent devenir l'arme absolue : l'une grâce à ses pouvoirs psychiques immenses et l'autre grâce à son corps mécanique. Et lorsqu'elles sont assemblées, elles forment le Genocyber. Mais nul n'a pris en compte leur sensibilité humaine...
