Mizuhara Ryo est un étudiant ordinaire de 17 ans et il vit avec sa petite soeur Akane, mais un soir, ils voient une lueur dans le ciel qui fonce vers leur appartement...Cette lueur était en fait une fille, Masuda shizuka, qui se présenta comme sa fiancée, en disant qu'elle était venue à cause des problèmes de natalité du Japon et que le gouvernement avait pris des initiatives... Le pauvre Ryo se voit donc contraint d'héberger une inconnue qu'il prend pour une folle et ne peut rien y faire de peur des represailles!
