This week on Dish, our duo are joined by Irish singer-songwriter - and unapologetic butter enthusiast — CMAT! And what better way to fuel up for it all than with Angela's Mexican feast: guacamole, salsa and corn chips to start, followed by a Pescado a la Veracruzana, a Karla Zazueta recipe for Waitrose, a one-pot wonder of a dish.
Épisode 18 - Cynthia Erivo, roasted red pepper, aubergine freekeh salad, and a Provence rosé

It's all singing, dancing, chatting, and eating as we welcome the phenomenal Cynthia Erivo to the Dish table this week. To mark the start of June, we served up a vibrant vegan roasted red pepper, aubergine & freekeh salad with extra courgettes (Angela's favourite, of course)

Angela and Nick are joined by an actor who seriously knows his way around a kitchen (and a chopping board): Nick Frost - actor, comedian and screenwriter. Having crossed paths with Angela once before, Nick finally gets to sit down properly with her (and other Nick) over a delicious meal of spicy barbecued lamb with minty tomato & watermelon relish.

Nick and Angela welcome a brilliant broadcaster to our very own happy place — Fearne Cotton! Angela serves up plenty of happy plates in this episode: roast cauliflower with dates, spiced chickpeas, preserved lemons & green tahini with chicory salad, which is paired with a glass of No.1 Beaujolais Villages. Before the arrival of the main course, Fearne is handed a fiery lime margarita. It goes down a treat!
