In the first episode, the ladies all arrive at the Villa in their own very distinctive way. Once the rooms have been assigned and the ladies have gotten to know each other, it becomes clear that the jury faces a huge challenge: the women are loud, vulgar, and ill‑mannered. During the first lesson they receive, the ladies learn, among other things, how to eat oysters, but not everyone likes them.

The ladies clash when one of them ends up being excluded from the group, but they still have to work together during a round of golf at the Gooi golf club. The jury crowns the least bad team as the winner. Back at the villa, tensions run high: arguments break out and four ladies are nominated for an evaluation. Who will have to leave the villa?

They can put this lesson into practice right away during the Gooi vintage car rally: using a map, the ladies navigate their own driver with a classic car through the Gooi. Chaos and surprising performances alternate. The winners are rewarded with a relaxing massage, while the losers have to go through the villa with a vacuum cleaner and a mop.
