Mai's increasingly ill mother begins to act erratically and soon finds herself admitted to the research hospital for observation. An inside man attempts to liberate confidential case study notes, resulting in an unfortunate accident.

The girls of Dolly prepare for their school camping trip, which takes a turn for the worst shortly after their arrival. Maki's odd behavior shifts as she claims the leadership role among the students and teachers.
