Hoshino Koto est une jeune cosplayeuse de son héroïne favorite, Misuzu. En se rendant à Izumo, elle est surveillée par les cosprayers (cosmopolitan prayers),qui voit en elle leur sauveuse. Elle trouve un bracelet par terre puis entend un voix l'emmenant dans une tour. Quelques instants plus tard, un tourbillon maléfique se manifeste et un jeune homme Cruz la sauve, mais il se fit aspiré dans le tourbillon... Il lui avait demandé auparavant de protéger sa petite amie, Sister Rayer, car c'était la nouvelle Miko Rayer et qu'elle pourrait les aider à battre les forces maléfiques.
