His rival, Todd Young, is also looking for mackerel, but Todd has the advantage of a fishing boat the size of a cruise ship. Richard is hurting after a lousy season. His shorthanded crew will have to use every trick in the book if they hope to catch 100,000 pounds of herring and sail back as winners.
